Mr. Sardonic's Totally Easy Chocolate Pie
(Note: Pie may not be as gorgeous as the one photographed)

This is super-crazy-easy to make and totally yummy.

1. Melt one cup of chocolate chips (Mr. Sardonic prefers Ghirardelli semi-sweet, but go with what you like) in a double boiler. Let cool without re-solidifying.
2. Whip one cup heavy cream until firm. (Pulling the beaters out should form peaks in the cream.)
3. Fold the melted chocolate into the cream until thoroughly blended.
4. Pour the chocolate-cream mixture into a pre-made pie shell.
5. Refrigerate for at least one hour, then serve with more whipped cream.

That's it! You don't have to be Martha Stewart to make it, and your holiday guests will love it.
