It's a Christmas miracle! OK, not really, but Mr. Sardonic was thrilled to learn that one of his favorite actress-director combos is teaming up for a fourth film together.

Catherine Keener, who has starred in Walking and Talking, Lovely and Amazing, and Friends with Money for writer-director Nicole Holofcener (above left), has just signed to star in the filmmaker's untitled next project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film will deal with a group of women sharing a New York apartment, exploring themes of friendship, old age, and real estate.

In addition to her films with Keener, Holofcener has directed episodes of Six Feet Under and Sex and the City for TV.
